Registration Forms
All players (including online registrations) need to fill out and sign the registration forms required by the league. Please turn in forms with original signatures at a registration event, clinic, or the kick-off party. Any players with missing documents (registration form, physical, birth certificate) will not be able to start conditioning week on time.
REQUIREMENTS for ALL Players (Tackle and Flag)
2024
-All Registrations Forms Completed and turned in by July 22nd
-Payment in FULL by July 26th, 2024
-(Tackle & Cheer) Birth Certificate (original/certified copy)
-(Flag) Birth Certificate (copy)
-Physical completed, signed, & stamped by a physician (March 2024 AND within 4 months prior to first day of practice)
-(Tackle) Weight certification TBD
-Complete Conditioning week July 22-26, 2024
-Attend all weekday evening practice
-Attend games (Cheer & Football, Sat. home & away) (Flag, weekday evenings Home & Away)
- STRONGLY ENCOURAGED Participate in Fundraising (or buy out)
How much is registration & what does the fee cover?

Football registration: Pricing coming soon!
Includes: Spirit pack (shorts & shirt), Game uniforms (reversible jersey, pants, & socks), practice uniforms (jersey & pants), Equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, chin strap, mouthpiece), basic picture package, trophy, game site fees, SCJAAF league registration, park/field fees (snack bar, lights & field usage) and insurance fees.
Equipment, practice uniform & game pants must be returned. Player keeps game jersey, mouthpiece & socks.
Cheer registration: Pricing coming soon!
Includes: Practice Spirit Pack (shorts & shirt), cheer clinic, stunt clinic, trophy, basic picture package, team insurance fees, cheer competition fees, and cheer uniform package (shell with liner, skirt, (2) pom poms, spanks, socks, warmups and shoes)
Participation in all fundraising is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Teams will also participate in individual fundraising for Chapter Football & Cheer Banquet
