Registration
Registration Forms
All players (including online registrations) need to fill out and sign the registration forms required by the league. Please turn in forms with original signatures at a registration event, clinic, or the kick-off party. Any players with missing documents (registration form, physical, birth certificate) will not be able to start conditioning week on time.
Requirements for All Players
2020
-All Registrations Forms Completed and turned in by July 27th
-Payment in FULL by July 27 ($25 late fee for all payments made after this date)
-(Tackle & Cheer) Birth Certificate (certified copy)
-Physical completed, signed, & stamped by a physician (dated after 3/27/20)
-(Tackle) Weight certification TBD
-Complete Conditioning week July 27-31
-Attend weekday evening practices
-Attend games (Cheer & Football, Sat. home & away) (Flag, weekday evenings)
-MUST Participate in Fundraising (or buy out)

How much is registration & what does the fee cover?
2020 Pricing
(Early Bird pricing until 6/27)
Football registration: $310.00 ($295.00 Early-bird)
Includes: Spirit pack (shorts & shirt), Game uniforms (jersey, pants, & socks), Practice uniforms (jersey & pants), Equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, chin strap, mouthpiece), basic picture package, trophy, game site fees, league registration, and insurance fees.
Equipment, practice uniform & game pants must be returned. Player keeps game jersey, mouthpiece & socks.
Cheer registration: $175.00 ($150.00 Early-bird), plus $405 for the uniform
Includes: Practice gear (shorts & shirt), bucket, cheer clinic, stunt clinic, trophy, basic picture package, team insurance fees, cheer competition (music, entrance, lunch, bow), and cheer uniform package ( shell with liner, skirt, practice bow, (2) pom poms, spanks, socks, jacket, pants and shoes), October Breast Cancer bow, (1) pink pom.
Flag Football registration: $115.00 ($100.00 Early-bird)
Includes: Game uniform (shirts & shorts), basic picture package, trophy.
Participation in all fundraising is REQUIRED. Teams will also participate in individual fundraising for Chapter Football & Cheer Banquet
